The Visitor Centre in the Botanic Gardens that was to be delivered in 2010 has been deferred until 2013-2014 financial year. The Visitor Centre will be comprised of two open pavilion style spaces that are interconnected by large decks. This style of design is to maximise on the magnificent location and to create a unique Darwin style structure. Each pavilion will serve a different function. 1. Visitor Services 2. Gardens events
