One Word One Day is an initiative of the Australian Society of Authors(ASA) (in conjunction with Micador) and is a national event that will travel to each capital city throughout the year.
Artists will have three hours to create a picture and the ASA will release the inspirational WORD that morning. “The topic for the painting is to be an inspirational word that will fire artists’ imaginations,” says Laurine Croasdale, manager of the One Word One Day event.
