Pollution Abatement Notices
The Pollution Abatement Notices listed below have been issued under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer Department of Natural Resources, Environment and the Arts. They have been sought on the basis that there are reasonable grounds that a person has committed an offence against section 83 or has contravened or failed to comply with section 12 of the Waste Management and Pollution Control Act. A Pollution Abatement Notice may also be issued against the owner or occupier of land that is polluted regardless of whether or not they are the instigators of the pollution incident.| Date | Issued to | |
