EnvironmeNT Grant Application Forms for the Individual and School Project Grants are available for download via this website or by contacting (08) 8924 4123 or (08) 8924 4002.
Application process
The application process is slightly different for each component:
- Schools: a single Application Form is to be completed by the specified date each year.
- Individual: two application forms are required. Firstly, an expression of interest is to be completed and submitted by the specified date each year. Based on feedback from an assessment panel and further planning, a full application form is required to be submitted by the specified date each year.
- Operational: Written submissions are invited and agreements will be negotiated with successful organisations outlining the amount to be received and accountability requirements. There are no application forms available as application is by written submission only.
Using the application forms
All application forms for the Schools and Individual Project grants are available in a Microsoft Word document allowing you to download the form to complete it at a later date. Select “Save as” and save your copy as a Microsoft Word document with your own name.
The downloaded document is protected as a form and you move between fields using the "Tab" key or your mouse. If required, this protection can be switched off by using the "Lock" button on the “Forms” Toolbar (which is found under “Toolbars” in the “View” menu).
The form can be completed electronically and submitted either via email, fax or by posting a printed copy to the address below.
Do NOT change the format of the forms or convert them to PDF for submission
Electronic submissions are encouraged.
